It’s always said that that special woman is out there just waiting to be found
She’s intelligent
caring
independent
has common sense
the best cooking and attributes
Just the sound of her voice makes your day soar
She’s there for you in every way possible
She’s traveled the longest mile just to see your face
She’s the first and the last voice you’ll hear and her beautiful smile turns darkness to light
Just by these few qualities you have found that perfect match
A significant other whom God designated just for you
She enjoys the simple things in life and her down to earth personality is golden
She’ll do anything she can to make you happy even if it makes her sad
The sex is like no other and will leave you wanting more
She listens and communicates her feelings even if they are bad thoughts
She values your opinion and offers her insight into your problems
She can hold her own, but [...]
There are a lot of businesses to start or franchises to buy. And deciding what business is a trick in itself. I would want to take the easiest and safest route possible. A business that it needed by everyone and would require little supervision. I think I will choose to start a water business. The problem with this industry it is so saturated and water station are almost at every corner now. But one thing that sides on my favor would be, I will be opening a shop at my mother’s place. Rental is manageable and there would be other people to help me out but the thing against it would be the “market”, it might not be the best water station location because the residential area is quite thin. However, residential area is not the only market, commercial is a better customer because of the volume it needs. If [...]

Angela loathed the lunch room. It was anything but lively. Some of the homes where she used to volunteer had daily chatter. Not so in the Happy Dale Happy Senior Residential Home. Community gatherings of any sort were grim. HDHSRH had a high mortality rate due to the makeup of its population.
It was the place aging children sent their excessively old parents to quietly die. The kids paid the big bucks to keep the will-makers content through their final months. At least one resident a week passed on.
Few people noticed Angela being wheeled in by Nurse Happypants. The lucid people were either invested in tasteless, mushy food or ensconced in front of a big screen television which played endless Lawrence Welk reruns.
“Why don’t you sit with Margie and Mary?” Happypants suggested. “The twins haven’t seen you in a while. Or how about the new guy? I hear he’s quite the [...]
SHAKE SHAKE… I SHAKE I SHAKE IT!11!!
“I hate that song.” I looked at Sharon, one of my friends at school, who was sitting in the backseat with her arms crossed, looking bored. “She’s like ‘I shake, shake, shake, shake I shake it!” Jenny sang. “She does it like this, I do it like that!” I added in, just to piss Sharon off. Because I like pissing people off. Haha, not really. The song is catchy, though.
The video makes me cringe. It’s really corny. All these people go into this auditorium kind of place and they start having a fucking dance off. THAT LOOKS FUN. The lead singer with twiggy arms goes around, and while people get pissed off at each other (they’re so mad they’re gonna have a fuckin’ dance off! OH… THAT’S SERIOUS…), he’s just standing there with his arms wide like “I’m going to pretend that you notice [...]
today I am 35 weeks pregnant. yea! I’ve made it this far! We broke the rules of bed rest and snuck out to the beach by our house and watched the sunset. It was so beautiful and so incredible to feel the breeze and smell the water…all the things I took advantage of until I was confined to the walls of my home almost 5 weeks ago. I had a very exciting day yesterday! nursing buddies came over and we ate and celebrated becoming nurses and my soon to be motherhood. We gossiped about who we thought was the only person who didnt pass the nclex in our class was. We laughed and they shared the joys of being a nurse…while I shared about the joys of being pregnant….you know…peeing every 15-20 minutes, crazing pretzels, ice cream, and V-8 veggie juice all at once and indulging in it until it [...]
He always loved his Ben10 watch..
reserved to wear it only to special occasions..
so, last night, we were so surprised to find his watch on his cousin’s wrist before leaving PD.. dengan selamba he told us.. “Ayish bagi kat Aqhttar.. takpela..”
” are you sure?? Harith boleh simpan je jam tu.. nanti bila2 boleh pakai lagi..”
” takpe.. Ayish bagi Aqhttar.. Ayish dah ada yang ni…” showing his new Ben 10 watch i bought for him that morning..
even though the new one has more features, we thought he wants to make a collection and besides, he really loved that old watch!! but at the same time we also knew Aqhttar has been eyeing the watch since the first day we bought it for Harith..
hubby n i just exchanged our look..
proud of our little man’s good heart.. hoping and praying for the little ones in my womb will have it too.. and yes..lill’ Humayra [...]
The first bite is smoky. Only afterwards do I feel the tingling of spice on the tip of my tongue. This is chicken mole. I needed to cook tonight – a’ la Like Water for Chocolate. I wanted to blend all of my emotions, all of my passion, into my cooking; take it out of my bones and into the food. The house is hot tonight and the kitchen even hotter. The doors are open for a cross breeze and Sia is grooving on the CD player, loud enough for the neighbors to hear. The air fills with the earthy musky scent of cumin as I grind the seeds in the mortar and pestle. The chicken pieces and slivered onions fry in hot oil over the stove. I finely chop smoky chipotles in adobo, trying to carefully remove the seeds –the keepers of the most heat. I chop unsweetened chocolate [...]
I’m setting the last post I wrote to private. I got my venting out, which is what I needed to do and now I’m going to move on from it.
I spoke to SIL today, she and the baby are doing well. Although I don’t like the situation, I am mulling over sending a gift. This is my niece and I’m sure SIL would appreciate it. I’m not really sure what to give, although I kind of see myself mailing something rather than going over there, so it can’t be too huge. I guess I’ll have to see.
MIL and grandparents in law are coming over tomorrow. MIL and grandma IL and I plan on going to look at baby things. I’ve already gone out and bought some clothes because Walmart had this awesome clearance where everything summery was $1 or $2. Then I picked up a couple things in Kohls too because [...]
Today was a better day for getting things done.
The funny thing is, yesterday I had an all day event scheduled, and I had kind of mentally mapped out everything I had to get done around that event. And then it got cancelled. So with an extra 6 or so hours in my schedule, the whole thing fell apart and nothing got done.
Today, everything except going to bed by midnight is a ticky box. And I have a good excuse for not going to bed by midnight — my Puzzle Pirates crew was actually out pillaging. I’d pretty much count that like having guests or being out, in which case, I still have 2 minutes to write this and get to bed.
On the other hand, I’m thinking of making ‘in bed by midnight’ not applicable to Friday and Saturday (and Sunday before holiday) nights anyway. It might be dangerous, in that [...]
